The condo was spacious. Very clean on arrival. Great view out onto the Gulf of America. Condo was updated. Easy door code texted to you for entry.
18th floor too high for me. My wife noticed the entry door had to be pushed or pulled hard to secure lock,

The direct beach access and view were both great! The condo was clean and nicely decorated.
For the price, including beach chair rentals during a stay would be a nice benefit. Other condos in Gulf Shores have included reserved umbrella beach chairs per day in the total price. The pool needs to include areas of shade with umbrellas. There were no areas of shade which made it difficult to spend much time at the pool.
