Location
There were a few things that didn’t work inside room. Garbage disposal and jacuzzi tub.

Great location and staff. Facilities are well maintained and clean. Couldn't have found a better location for our family.
Pool hours could be a little longer. Pool closes at 10 and will all the things to do around the condo and beach it would have been nice if the pool was open until at least 11

Everything about the condo was amazing. Beautiful views 24/7, beds were not bad in our opinion. Not sure why people disliked them so much. Slept peacefully every night. Very fair price to be in the central or Gulf Shores.
Would 100% come back to San Carlos and this Condo.
When arriving to pay for our parking, no one was there to accept our payment. There is a computer on the 3rd floor where you can do it when no one is there and it was down. Had to call 3 different numbers to finally get someone in the lobby to help. This was after an hour of calling and waiting. Of course, this has nothing to do with the condo itself, just San Carlos itself.

Location was great.
The condo needs upgrading. New paint, possibly new floors, appliances. It was a little run down. The bathroom was a little old looking and the baseboards need paint and refinishing.
