Very close to Karon beach, walking distance, few cafes around, easy to get to, clean, good bed, includes all the basic facilities
The dog that they own constantly came running towards me and jumped on me, which I didn’t like as I was scared of dogs.

The location was great. The room was very clean. Very close to the beach. The gentlemen who run it are absolutely lovely. Having the balcony was great.
The bathroom was a little bit smelly

location is goods and friendly owner
Spots on pillows and sheets and everywhere.
The toilet leaking(the owner said they were trying to fix it).
Mosquitoes ate us alive.
Should be cheaper for the quality you get.
