About this house rental
Mt Buller Base Camp is comfortable home away from home in Sawmill Settlement equipped with all you need for a relaxing stay or as a base for your mountain adventure.
It features an open plan living space incorporating kitchen, living and dining areas all surrounded by a outdoors deck area. There is a large loft rumpus space which is a great place for the kids to hang out. There is also a dry room designed to take all your ski gear.
Mt Buller Base Camp is only a stones throw from the the base of Mount Buller and Mount Stirling and a short drive from Mansfield. Its position gives you unlimited options of all that the high country has to offer all year round. Choose from Mountain Biking, 4WDriving, Motor Bike Riding, Fishing, Skiing and Boarding, Hiking, Horse Riding or just relax and enjoying the local gourmet food and vineyards.
Minimum 3 night stay school holidays.

Two Bunk Beds, one with a double bed on the bottom, sleeps 4-5.
Two bathrooms, one with shower, the other with a spa bath.

This was perfect for our snow trip to Mt Buller.
Great drying room just inside the front door for wet gear.
The fully stocked fireplace was toasty and heaters in each room if you need a top up.
An upstairs getaway for teens, but steep staircase, so not ideal for younger ones.
I couldnt have asked for anything more for what we needed.

needs some maintenance on the Air con and the TV was unreliable which was annoying but otherwise it was a good house. Spacious and had everything we needed. Good for families, upstairs area is great and although stairs are very steep the kids managed. nice court for the kids to play in and ride bikes. Great communication throughout the whole booking.
