This apartment is located in a very quiet urbanization, next to the sea and the beach, with supermarkets and nearby public transport, in the south of Tenerife. The apartment has a terrace overlooking the pool. The living room has a sofa and a flat screen TV. It also has a room with a 1.50 m double bed and another room with two 0.90 m beds. The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob as well as a toaster, coffee maker and all the necessary accessories. It also has a bathroom. The terrace is equipped with table, chairs and an awning overlooking the pool. One of the pools is for children. There is a playground and the apartment has a garage space. The urbanization is fenced. The rocky beach is 200 and the sandy beach 1 km. Next to the urbanization there is a store and 400 m from supermarkets. The public transport stop is 100 m away. Several golf courses are located near the apartment.

Appartamento pulito, spazioso, un bel balcone grande che si affaccia alla piscina. C'era tutto il necessario e anche il posto macchina in garage condominiale. Bella piscina con tanto spazio intorno peccato che non c'erano ombrelloni e dopo qualche giorno sono stati portati via anche i lettini. La zona è tranquilla e residenziale con vicino negozi bar e ristoranti. Vicino c'è anche la fermata dell'autobus che porta verso le spiagge di Los Cristianos, Las Americas e la Costa Adeje. Abbiamo avuto solo un po di difficoltà a trovare la casa quando siamo arrivati perchè l'indirizzo fornito non era preciso. In generale lo consiglio vivamente

L'appartamento è come nelle foto, anzi, forse ancora meglio. La casa è vicinissima a costa del silencio e montagna amarilla, raggiungibili facilmente a piedi. Proprietario molto gentile. Ci hanno aspettato fino a tardi per la consegna delle chiavi.
