Very quiet apartment in a residential building, You are 5 minutes walk from the city center and the port, you benefit from the proximity of amenities without the drawbacks.

The parking lot of the residence allows you to forget about parking concerns.
the apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator, under the eaves it has an area of 36 m² in Carrez law but in reality an area of 80 m² on the ground. you do not have the feeling of confinement, the feeling of space is completed by the terrace equipped with a dining area with barbecue and deckchairs

My girlfriend and I felt very comfortable. The terrace comes with a niche view and overall you have enough space to hang out at the apartment. The city center is close and you get a parking lot next to the apartment for free. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to questions we had.

L'appartement proche du centre ville et du port, est confortable et très bien équipé.

Appartement atypique très agréable avec une vue imprenable sur Porto Vecchio. Excellent accueil de la propriétaire , soucieuse du confort et du bien être de ses locataires.
Tout était parfait et nous recommandons vivement cette location pour découvrir ce coin merveilleux de la Corse du Sud.
