La casa ha ampi spazi e un terrazzino meraviglioso. L’alloggio si trova all’interno di un complesso residenziale elegante con parcheggio interno. Comoda per raggiungere le spiagge principali.

Hôte à l'écoute et très disponible
Emplacement exceptionnel avec une vue mer superbe (3éme étage).
Appartement spacieux, très propre et très bien équipé.
Très proche de toutes les commodités (AUCHAN) et du quartier animé de la Marina, accessibles à pieds.
Quelques petits travaux d'entretien électrique à prévoir (ex : interrupteurs défaillants).
Peu de place de parking à l'intérieur de la résidence, prévoir de se garer à l'extérieur.
Pas de code du portillon transmis.
