About this apartment rental
Citrus and Sea is a 2-bedroom apartment in Mandria village. It's only 1km from the beach and only 400m from the village centre. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 6 adults. Cot bed and high chair are also available (€2 per night each). The apartment has an open plan kitchen with living room area and two bedrooms that share a communal bathroom. The apartment is located in a nice complex with communal swimming pools for adults and children.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms and a living room. Living room is divided by a bar to the cooking and sitting areas. Sitting area has two comfy sofas, one of them is a sofa-bed. It also has a balcony which is open to a citrus and olives garden.
Apartment is on the first floor with an external staircase.
Kitchen has everything for your comfortable holidays: crockery and cutlery, fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave and a kettle.
Master bedroom has a double bed (approx.190*135cm), while the second bedroom has two single beds. Bedside tables are by every bed. Built-in wardrobes in every bedroom offer plenty of storage capacity. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Bathroom features a washing basin, bath with a shower, and a toilet.
Tea, bath and beach towels are provided along with bed linen. Washing machine and an iron are there for your use. Apartment has an unlimited internet access.
Water use is included in the price. Electricity is charged extra by kWh with the meter.
The fact that you can use communal pools also gives you space and some quiet.

Dmitri and Maria are very friendly and accommodating owners. They were there to greet me on my arrival at the apartment and provided me with lots of helpful information about the surrounding localities as well as leaving me in the knowledge that they would be available should I need any further assistance during my stay.
The apartment was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable holiday. The village of Mandria which is only a ten minute walk away has all the amenities one would look for including: good restaurants, a local shop for general provisions, hair salon, pharmacy etc.... eating out was a pleasure.
All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay in Dmitri and Maria's apartment and would recommend it.
