Very good location, metro station Ottaviano very close, great neighborhood, many restaurants on the same street or very close, 25-30 minutes walking until the city center.
The apartment and the room were very nice and clean and Cynthia, an excellent host. The apartment has several rooms and it can be a very good option for groups of friends.
I would definitely book it again if I go to Rome.

Superb location for visiting the Vatican. Our host Cynthia could not have been more helpful both before our trip and whilst in Rome Spotlessly clean , cool , comfortable and peaceful. Amazing restaurants , gelato & shops on your doorstep
There is nothing to not like about this. Even the lift in the property became a fun part of our trip each day !

Location and neighbourhood
Cleanliness and maintenance of facilities could be improved. There was a bad smell in the public/breakfast area when we were there and bathroom wasn't very clean
