l'agencement, le calme et la place de parking privée dans une cour fermée. La procédure autonome d'accès à l'appartement

Le loft est très bien placé, le parking sécurisé et privé appréciable. Les équipements sont neufs, tout est bien agencé. Les informations des propriétaires sont détaillées et tout est facile d'accès.
Le confort du canapé lit, ce qui est dommage par rapport aux prestations. Le climatiseur mobile à l'étage n'est malheureusement pas suffisant pour apporter de la fraîcheur quand la canicule sévit.

Emplacement facile Parking assuré grand appartement
Ce n’était pas très propre Il restait alimentation au sol precedent passage ; ça ne sentait pas bon (cigarette ?) et les serviettes aussi ne sentaient pas bon. Peu d’articles de toilette. Cote Clim oui présente dans le bas et pas pour la chambre à l’étage et aucune isolation ; on entend bien les voisins
