Location.
No key in mailbox on check in. Dirty tag left on the kitchen counter. No hot water in main bedroom bathroom. Sink faucet handle in main bedroom bathroom retracts and shuts off the water. No proper tea towel, only a small piece of cloth for wiping the kitchen counter. No instruction booklets on how to operate the oven and TV. Mattresses worn out and sinks in the middle. Bedsheets were crumpled. Noisy, loud chair movement from floor above.
