I'm very very satisfied

Lovely apartment. I had a room with a huge balcony and a gorgeous view. Very clean and nice and had all the things we needed. Very quiet and peaceful place. The host is wonderful I had to change my booking I wanted to stay longer and we did it without any problems. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend it.

Amazing, modern

Modern apartment with a sea view and a nice big balcony. The owners were really friendly, they brought us bottled water, shampoo and more clean towels when we needed.

Apartment was really nice, accommodation and comfort also. With great hospitality, this was our best choice for vaccation in Saranda.

Location of the city beach is little bit away, but the nearest private beach is the best one in whole Saranda.

I liked everything. The owners are polite and caring, the apartment is very clean and comfortable. The vacation was better than expected. The sea is not too close (0.8 - 1.5 km), it is not a problem, a large selection of beaches.

I loved absolutely everything about this big apartment and the whole building. You can tell thst is pretty new. The apartment has a huge balcony, a small kitchen and an amazingly beautiful bathroom. The huge bed was so comfortable to sleep in. AC working very well. Spotlessly clean and bright apartment. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming. About 5 min walk you can find 2 big supermarkets and lots of other places to eat. The msin promenade of Saranda is about 20 min walk. I recthis place 100%

Good value for the money!

Private parking. The rooms were sufficient. The kid that lives in the building (10 yo) has an incredible English and was easy to communicate with. Good location to the beach and some restaurant. Short walk to the closest supermarket. Marina was good value for the money.

No warm water in the evening so if you want to take a hot shower, you need to do it during the day. The Wi-Fi was not great.

When we got there, a little boy around 11 years old welcomed us with an amazing English and willing to help us!! The apartment was perfect, with everything we needed! Totally worth it!!

Very pleasant stay and hosts. There was a proper parking (as opposed to other places in Saranda) in the villa's front yard and our car was perfectly safe and in the shadow when we weren't using it. The room was very clean and we got our sheets and towels changed once during our stay. Very calm, we really got some rest, really low traffic.

Excellent variant for a rest at the sea for a family.

Nice location, clean appartments, super owner with fast responce... Satisfied for 95%. Very good choose, especialy for it's price.

Kitchen stuff could be better. Bath is a little bit stranger, but is Ok for such kind of appartments (at a seaside).

Very friendly and helpful English speaking host. The apartment was clean and functional. It was a bit on the small side but great for a short stay. Good value for money.

friendly family business

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts are a super friendly and welcoming 3-generation family. The room is very comfortable with a good-sized balcony for breakfasts, a kitchenette, and a washing machine just outside of the door. In spite of the daytime heat, we never even considered turning on the air conditioning - the room's orientation is perfect.

It's a bit of a walk to the city centre - no problem for us, but might be for others.

Spacious, modern and clean apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, around 20 minutes walk from the centre. Private parking for car or scooter. Washing machine is a plus. The family was welcoming and super-friendly.

No bus service so a 20 minutes walk or private transport required.

Fully equipped and new apartment in a new building, with big balcony and sea views. Easy private parking on premises. Quiet area at the edge of town, about 20 mins to the center. Shopping/super market close. Friendly, welcoming and helpful owners, who live in the building. Very good price for excellent facilities!

Unbeatable price, very spacious

For the really very reasonable price, you get a very spacious flat. The bathroom is also nice and big and everything was very clean. The centre is less than 5 minutes away by car.

Unfortunately, the flat is very, very noisy. The host family obviously lives downstairs and can be heard very well. The kitchenette is a bit outdated. And the internet is not only slow but almost non-existent. If you really just want to stay clean and comfortable, this is a good place to stay, but for a so-called home base during your holidays, it is probably a bit too noisy.
