About this villa rental
It is a renovated stone house with bio-building. It is spread over two floors, on the ground floor we find:
A large internal room with fully equipped kitchen, with electric oven and dishwasher, dining area, living room with tv and fireplace;
Cellar and laundry;
Small wellness center with sauna, Turkish bath and shower;
Spacious veranda with extendable table and relaxation area with glass windows, overlooking the garden, to the pool and separate jacuzzi.
On the first floor there are four comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, located on two levels, making it ideal for two families, for a total of 10 beds.

La Villa è ancora più bella dal vivo! Il posto è semplicemente magnifico e magico! Siamo stati veramente benissimo! Inoltre Claudia è stata sempre molto gentile e disponibile! Grazie ancora, ci rivedremo sicuramente!

Non saprei da dove cominciare ... tutto perfetto. Claudia, è una persona molto gentile e disponibile, sempre pronta con un suggerimento per una degustazione o per un ristorante in zona. Ha abddirittura provveduto a farci trovare un tavolo da ping pong che non è nella descrizione della casa. La casa è favolosa, molto ampia e confortevole. La cucina è dotata di molti accessori che difficilmente si trovano, tipo l'impastatrice orbitale. La zona che ci è piaciuta di più è sicuramente la veranda con un spendido tavolo, i divanetti ed il forno per le pizze (che abbiamo fatto, sfruttando l'impastatrice, per la prima volta con un risultato ottimo). Ottima la ricezione WIFI, con la TV Smart abbiamo gustato film con Netflix o Prime Video (con i nostri account ovviamente). La piscina è ampia, ottimo l'idromassaggio, ci siamo pure spinti a fare la sauna nonostante i 36 gradi. Le due settimane che abbiamo passato nella villa, sono volate, neanche il tempo di scaricare i bagagli che eravamo di nuovo ad impacchettare tutto. L'unico suggerimento che ci sentiamo di dare, è avere un WC al piano terra o zona piscina, per evitare di salire al piano di sopra bagnati (quando si è in piscina) e sporcare tutta la casa. Esperienza positivissima!!!

L’endroit est parfaitement calme. Les hôtes sont charmants, gentils, de bons conseils pour les visites et disponibles pour une réservation ou en cas de soucis. La terrasse couverte qui s’ouvre sur l’extérieur est une bonne idée. Elle constitue une vrai pièce de vie que l’on ouvre ou ferme partiellement à sa guise. Nous vous le recommandons sans hésitation. We had a great stay in San Donnino last week. The pictures on the website do not do the villa justice, it is far more beautiful in real life. The house was picturesque and the outside area perfect to relax in. Claudia gave us some good recommendations and was always available to answer our questions. The local area is untouched by tourists, and we had an authentic Italian trip. There were some lovely towns close by that we enjoyed visiting, Arcevia is a traditional town and La Botega di Memories is a brilliant wine bar/restaurant in Sasseferato that you should not miss.
A couple of recommendations would be some more fans for the bedrooms as it got very hot during the night, also some cushions for the sun loungers.
Thanks again Claudia for a fantastic holiday. We will be back next year!
