House Bella Luiga-close to the Old town

Space:
Our Villa is split in the 3 units and it can function as one big unit too.
On the bottom floor we have 2 studio apartments (2 x 35 m2), and on the top floor we have 1 two bedroom apartment (80 m2) with two bathrooms, kitchen and living room..

So all together there are 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 1 big kitchen and 2 kitchenets and 1 living room.
4 bedrooms cinsist of queen size bed each
And 5th bedroom is really small single bedroom
With small bathroom (shower) included and it is used as a reserve bedroom our our guests need one.
In the garden there is garden furniture and sun beds.
Our villa is situated at top of Vicina street (number 11). As our street is blank end street, we have lot of privacy as there is no much people traffic around.
There are 93 stairs to reach the house (which is common situation in Dubrovnik old center) so the property is definitely not suitable for stairs haters :) and for people with physical problems with walking..
In the past this was a summer house of noble people from Old town and in our house lived their servants who grow vegetables for them..
We decided to completely renovate house 4 years ago but we kept the garden and growing vegetable tradition..
Almost all we serve for breakfast is from our garden or from trustable local believe that our country haves lot of great and ecological food to offer and we will try to present some through daily served breakfast (not included in the price-optional).
Our style of hosting is non-formal so it is not hotel service is more like you came in old friends house..From beginning of your reservation to the end we are available to help you or advice you in every matter regarding our town and surrounding area.
