About this house rental
Modern holiday home located on a large, open natural plot in a scenic holiday home area a little north of Løkken. The cottage was built in 2002, continuously maintained, bright and spacious and very well furnished with four bedrooms, bathroom with whirlpool and access to sauna and guest toilet. Furniture and decoration are in Danish design. From the living area there is direct access to the terrace area, which almost has the character of a solarium and is completely undisturbed and well sheltered. For the children there is a buried trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). In the area there is a common ball field with football goals. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
