About this house rental
Modern holiday home located on a large, open natural plot in a scenic holiday home area a little north of Løkken. The cottage was built in 2002, continuously maintained, bright and spacious and very well furnished with four bedrooms, bathroom with whirlpool and access to sauna and guest toilet. Furniture and decoration are in Danish design. From the living area there is direct access to the terrace area, which almost has the character of a solarium and is completely undisturbed and well sheltered. For the children there is a buried trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). In the area there is a common ball field with football goals. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

The holiday home was spacious and equipped with everything we needed for our stay, We had a group of six and never felt cramped, The location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions, although we did spend most of our time at the beach, The only downside was that the heating took a while to warm up, but the host was very responsive when we reached out, Overall, we had a pleasant experience,

We had a wonderful time here! The living room was perfect for hanging out, and having four bathrooms was a lifesaver with a big group, The nearby lighthouse is a must-see, and the peaceful vibes are a huge bonus,

Wir haben sehr schöne Urlaubstage verbracht. Die Küche und das Haus allgemein sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist toll, auch wenn der Weg zum Strand (zu Fuß und mit Strandsachen beladen) etwas weit entfernt ist.
Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das angegebene 4. Schlafzimmer kann als solches eigentlich nicht verwendet werden. Es ist ein Raum, in dem viele Regale und der Gefrierschrank stehen. Dort steht zusammengerollt eine Matratze auf dem Boden. Als Schlafzimmer nicht geeignet!
