Heruntergekommen, verwahrlost und gefährlich

Das Haus kann mit zwei Dingen punkten: der Lage, sehr nah an Dünen und Steilküste, und dem Ersteindruck. Letzterer wird aber sehr schnell von der Realität eingeholt:

Die elektrische Anlage ist katastrophal: nahezu alle Lampen aus den Verankerungen gebrochen und hängen nur noch lose an den Kabeln, Steckdosen mit deutlichen Schmauchspuren, in der Küche über Spüle funktioniert 1 von 3 Lampen, eine defekt, die andere Lampenfassung mit Brandpuren - die Bilder sind nur ein Beispiel, insgesamt sehr hohe Gefahr durch elektrische Anlage. Die Beleuchtung ein Sammelsurium aus alten Glühlampen, echte Stromfresser und viel zu dunkel. Matratzen durchgelegen und z.T. defekt, ebenso einige Sitzmöbel; Teppich kaputt und völlig verdreckt - gehört auf den Müll. Schlafzimmerrollo kaputt, Dunstabzug in den Duschen dreckig, hängt von der Decke, funktionieren nicht; in vorderem Bad Schädlingsbefall (s. Bild). Die Heizung funktioniert gar nicht (wir hatten im Juni z.T. 12°). Der völlig verwahrloste Zustand setzt sich aussen fort: nur eine Gartenliege, die andere im Abstellhäuschen zerrissen und unbrauchbar - das Häuschen ist sowieso ein Sammelplatz für Sperrmüll. 3 Terrassentische: einer völlig versifft und kaputt, die beiden anderen "nur" versifft und schadhaft. Eimer mit Asche des Vorvorvor...Gängers stand auf der Terrasse. Der Garten: es stehen vielleicht noch 400 qm der Fläche (inkl. Haus !) zur Verfügung, der Rest verwildert und ein Brennnesselbiotop, höchst gefährlich: Riesenbärenklau (höchst gefährlich, googelt mal nach) wuchert grossflächig; auf beiden Terrassen mehrere Ameisennester. Alle Probleme vor Ort am 2. Tag an Zentrale DanCenter per Mail mit Fotos gemeldet, nach 3 Tagen kam Bla-Bla-Mail vom lokalen Serviceteam ("tut uns leid, wir werden Team beauftragen, haben höchste Qualitätsansprüche... "), hierbei noch mit völlig falschem Namen angesprochen und der Unterzeichner hatte Probleme, seinen Namen richtig zu schreiben (Klein/Grossschreibung). Passiert ist nix; am Tag vor der Abreise fanden wir nach Abwesenheit Zettel in der Küche "Heizkörper geht jetzt".
