The guy at the front desk was very nice, but I picked up a kinda creepy vibe from him. Not dangerous, just a little strange. I would say maybe a little overly attentive.

Bugs in the room. Bugs in the bed, now bugs in my clothes and bugs in my head. Plus there were walking sounds coming from places outside the walls that shouldn't have been there at 3am. Like I could hear all kinds of footsteps while my girl and I were doing the do, and when we got done we could hear footsteps that sounded like they were walking away.

I would never stay here again nor recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The front desk guy really tried to help us out with their best room available and was really helpful with giving us a new remote to the television as the one in our room was missing.

I didn’t like the property. Seems sketchy and unsafe. I got out of my car and there were used condoms on the floor. The room seemed unclean. I slept on top of a towel I had in my car. There were pubes on the bed and the sheets were stained and I could tell they were not clean. The bathroom was not the cleanest. The room itself had debris and the floor felt filthy.

Not recommending this place. Below expectations and they dont live up to their word.

That it didn’t look like the pictures at all. We arrived at the hotel and it was in unacceptable condition, dusty, not well maintained. We are college students so with all honesty we don’t have high standards but once we saw our room we immediately left. We were assured by the hotel manager who helped us with our room that they will refund us which they haven’t done in more than a month. Not recommending this place.

Very good base for a longer SoCal holiday

The location is very convenient for traveling around SoCal. Though it doesn't look like much from outside, the rooms were very nicely renovated and reasonably quiet. Ample free parking. The owner/manager is beyond friendly and very helpful.

So, Booking lists this as a four-star hotel (at least it can be understood as such), which it really isn't. This means it lacks certain things like a hair dryer, or meal service. That's just something to be aware of, not at all a problem.

I might stay here again but it wouldn't be my first choice.

The first room had a plumbing issue. Asked to change rooms and at first the staff wanted to charge an upgrade fee but changed his mind once he inspected the first room that I was given. The 2nd room was decent but I would have been upset if I had paid an upgrade.

The price was pretty good considering the price as the surrounding hotels.

This list is long. For starters the parking is limited. As I walked into the restroom the towels had dried stained blood. The bed is extremely uncomfortable (should have carried a bed topper). And to top this off the “Gardner” starts with the blower at 0800 (mind you there isn’t any grass at all); what is the point of having a 1100 check out when you are waking everyone up @ 0800.

Somewhat affordable for current economy but poor for the value of the room we were given.

Our shower only gave out cold water. There was an odor from the room that made it smell like a zoo. Photos of location were deceiving for what we expected.

Comfortable

Very nice well kept in a great part of town . We live far and sometimes need a place to stay for work and this will be our go to spot. We often have had bad experience nothing beats your own bed . But this was nice

It felt safe. There wasn’t random people walking around at night.

The whole room, restroom & furniture was pretty run down and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I was really uncomfortable, i didn’t even want to shower there. I believe they changed their name so they wouldn’t have bad reviews on this app. once you get there and check your location it says another name.
