The property is in a lovely, peaceful location while still being close to shops and other amenities. The outdoor area has a very large pool, an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ, plenty of seating and lots of space to relax. There is private parking on the property as well as additional parking outside. The house is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine, oven, fridge, freezer and outdoor dining area. The property was very clean on arrival and is pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us. The living room and two of the three bedrooms have air conditioning, which was essential during the heatwave we experienced. Giulia kept in touch with us before our arrival, kindly allowed us to check in early and even provided a cot for our infant, which we really appreciated. She was always friendly, responsive and did her best to help whenever possible.

Unfortunately, the biggest downside of our stay was the ongoing electrical issues. While we were travelling to the property, Giulia informed us that there was no electricity and that an electrician was already on the way. This resulted in us losing valuable holiday time while the fault was being investigated. Although the electrician initially left after restoring the power, we continued to experience frequent power cuts throughout the day, evening and night for the remainder of our stay. We were also unable to use the outdoor lighting because it was suspected to be causing the problem, meaning we had to spend our evenings outside in the dark. The electrician returned on the second day and spent several hours trying to locate the fault, but we were informed that it could not be fully resolved at the time. As a temporary solution, Giulia kindly provided lamps for the outdoor area. While we appreciated her efforts, this was not the experience we expected or paid for, especially as the pool and outdoor space are the property's main attractions. Another disappointment was the third bedroom, which contains bunk beds but has neither air conditioning nor a fan. We had to ask for a fan, which Giulia kindly provided, but even with it the room remained far too hot to sleep in comfortably during the heatwave. The bunk beds also did not feel particularly sturdy and would benefit from being properly secured to the wall for safety. There are also a few smaller improvements that could make a difference. We were only provided with one dishcloth for six people staying for seven nights, and there were no spare rubbish bags, so we had to purchase our own.

very clean, outdoor space is amazing. the pool really clean. totally worth it!!!! family friendly. the owner is very nice and easy to reach too.
