4 star holiday home in Løkken

We stayed there 4 night in a third week of Sept. The house is very large (3 bed rooms), a big living room and a very well equipped kitchen (no colander, though!). It is oriented in the south with sun from 10 till 6. A large terrace, with comfy chairs and 2 tables. It is in a summer house park but the closest houses are about 50 m away. As we were the only ones around at this season, it was so very quiet! The beach is 900 m away at the bottom of a public wooden stair case. The beach is wonderful, large, sandy, mostly deserted! great sunset! We loved it! The house gets warm during the day and stays warm in the evening, though the bedrooms are cooler. The bathroom was good, with a jacusi and an electric sauna, small but nice. About 5km from Lokke on the beach. great food at the restaurant from the hotel! -The walk on the cliff is also great! We enjoyed it all a lot!

-The house is managed by the Dan center (where we picked up the keys and the linen. all very well organised). But there are very few extra little items. an old pack of coffee, no tea, to shower mat, one half roll of toilet paper for 2 toilets!, no wifi, no wood at all for the stove. It felt minimalistic. What you think you will need, bring it± -The lighning is not optimal -The beds are now and a bit hard. no extra small matrasses as it is customary in Scandinavia! -The water and electricity need to be paid extra (beware the jacusi and the sauna). And it took is 30 min to locate the water meter! Together with the linen renting and the cleaning (optional) it increases the price per night by 40%.
