About this house rental

Built in 2018 as a “guest house/dream come true” next to our main residence. We are located at 335 College Hill Drive one block from Main Street. Short walks to restaurants, a popular creekside microbrewery and convenient to shops and local eateries. Our Bungalow Oaks has an attached carport, and the main room has a king-size bed next to a massive antique armoire. A separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and antique vanity has all the privacy of home. The coffee bar has a small refrigerator, an ice maker, a pod-type coffee maker and a microwave. For morning and evening relaxation there are two oversized rockers on the back porch for bird watching and deer viewing along the dry creek below.

Great location to just leave your car and walk around Salado! Property was exactly as advertised. The shower was more than tall enough for my 6’7” husband - always a bonus. We particularly enjoyed the back porch. Thank you, Suggs!

Beautiful, quiet, cozy bungalow just steps away from all the Main Street action. There is a back porch/ balcony facing a little forest. We loved all the special touches, including the best blueberry muffins! We definitely will be back! Thanks so much!

This little bungalow was amazing! My daughter and I enjoyed it so much! We got to watch the deer in the back on the creek in the mornings with a cup of coffee. It was just beautiful!
