About this apartment rental
Walking distance to Madison Ave, A thriving street with lots of restaurants, bars, and cafes. Near by places; Award winning Angelo's Pizza, La Mocha and Cleveland Curiosities. McGinty's Irish Pub is a buzzing spot which is a stones throw away, Western Reserve Distillery for a craft cocktail and a cheese board.
15 min drive- Cleveland Hopkins airport, IX Center
8 min drive- Downtown , Rock Hall of fame, Cleveland Arts district, Cavs, Browns, and Huntington Convention Center
ENTRY
In order to access the unit, you go in through the Side door near the mailboxes and up 1 flight of about 12 stairs. This upper unit has 1 bedroom with queen size bed. . There is a living room, dining room, and newly updated kitchen and bathroom. The entire unit is yours. We do have guests in the downstairs units also, so please be considerate.
BEDROOMS
bedroom has a queen bed, . Room also has Spacious closet & 2 night stands with plug ins for your devices.

Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the balcony which is accessible through the bedroom.
KITCHEN Enjoy cooking in our full kitchen with access to all your basic cooking needs. From pots and pans, utensils and spices - we’ve got you covered. A microwave and coffee maker are also provided for an easy morning in. Enjoy eating your take out or home cooked meals either in the living room or the table located in the ktichen.
WORK SPACE
There is a dedicated workspace with a desk, lamp, outlet adaptor, and comfy chair. Fast wifi
WASHER / DRYER
There is a free washer and dryer in the basement with laundry detergent.
BATHROOM
Our bathroom has a full size shower/tub and all bath towels, hand towels, and face towels are supplied. Also included are all your showering needs from shampoo, conditioner, . Hair dryer and basic toiletries are there if needed.
LIVING ROOM
In the living room Lounge around on our comfy sofa that will make you feel right at home. Our 43” smart tv will keep you entertained with access to all your favorite streaming services.
There is a side door off of the driveway (where the mailboxes are). This the the apartment building entry, then you'll simply go up the stairs and the unit is to your left.

There are many restaurants, shops, bars, coffee shops and other conveniences within walking distance. Lakewood is only 3 miles long x 2 miles wide...So you can essentially walk anywhere in the city with in a reasonable amount of time. There are also bus lines running on Detroit and Madison Ave. Uber or lyft is very accessible and quick to dispatch. There are so many fun, unique, eclectic, and convenient places to see. Lakewood is the most densely populated city in in Ohio(10th in the USA) so it has that urban feel that is very safe. Lakewood also has one of the best parks in the area, with a great view of the lake if you sit on the Solstice steps! (a must check out)
Some other Lakewood places to check out in no particular order are The Melt, Becks art Center, The Root Cafe, Mcarthys Pub, The Winking lizard, Bar Italia, Lakewood Park, Madison Park, Rocky River metro park, Natures Oasis Cafe and dozens of little antique and thrift shops up and down Madison and Detroit avenue.
Some near by notable areas/districts to check out within a short drive of Lakewood are the Tremont area, Ohio City area, little Italy, University village, Crocker park, Edgewater park and beach, The Flats, both east bank and west, East 4th district, West 6th district.
If its' specific destination outside of Lakewood and within a 15/ 20 min drive, here are some notable Places....Playhouse square , rock n roll hall of fame, Edgewater beach, Westside market, The History museum, Southside bar, The Melt, Cleveland Aquarium, Mitchells Ice Cream, Cleveland Zoo and much more! If you need any recommendations just ask!
Uber, Lyft or the bus line are very accessible in the area.

I stayed 6 nights while visiting family in Lakewood. I also rode the RTA to Downtown to go to a Guardians vs Detroit Tigers game. The apartment was clean and quiet. Located near Madison Ave where there are lots of restaurants.
