The apartment has an excellent location, just a 5‑minute walk from the city center. The owner is very friendly and polite, and the apartment itself is fully equipped — including a washing machine, gas stove, and all essential amenities. The space is arranged over two floors, giving it a loft‑style layout that feels spacious and comfortable. There are also two A/C (one up ans the other downstairs). We were by car and always find a place for it near the apartament.

The apartment looks much cozier in the photos than it actually is. There is only one shared window combined with the entrance door, so the interior can feel quite dark. For light sleepers, it may also be challenging — noise from the street comes through that door easily, and water‑pumping machines downstairs can be heard throughout the day and night. Cleanliness was also just average; we had to clean the apartment ourselves upon arrival because it wasn’t properly cleaned. Additionally, there were small flies appearing constantly.

The property's location is its best attribute. You are 5 minutes away from the Duomo square and can walk to every major attraction in catania. The owners met us at the apartment for check in, communication was facile.

Although you can park outside of the apartment, on the sidewalk, sometimes it will be difficult to find a place. If you are creative you can always find a spot.

Good wi fi connection, comfortable bad.

Awful, very small and dirty shower. Problem with hot water (they asked to turn off the boiler and while turn on hot water is after aeound 1 hour, I can not imagine you come back in the evening and have to wait for water). Dirty pots. No windows (very dark place) and not nice smell.
