La situation géographique, l'immeuble, le dernier étage et la vue
L’appartement présente un problème important de chaleur, particulièrement dans les chambres qui ne disposent pas de climatisation. De plus, le bloc moteur de la climatisation du séjour, situé sur la terrasse, dégage une forte chaleur lorsqu’il est en marche, ce qui accentue l’inconfort. La salle de bains, quant à elle, dégage de très fortes odeurs liées à des remontées et est un peu vieillotte. Prévoir aussi du linge de maison un peu plus neuf.

Super weekend. Nice and quiet location. Clean. Not long distance walking to the sea. Sergey was very polite snd helpful. I would stay there again if i come to Santa Pola. Weather could have been better, but this is nothing to do with apartments :D
