The location (easy access to tram, shops) ; the well-equipped kitchen and facilities (washing machine, dryer, oven,..), my daughters liked it very much
overall condition is good but shower has little issues, also the tap in the kitchen, the bathroom has some electric issues (lights)

Excelente trato. Los propietarios son encantadores y detallistas. El apartamento está muy bien equipado, funcional y acogedor. El barrio está cerca del centro (nosotros íbamos y veniámos caminando) y cuenta con restaurantes e incluso un cine. Cero ruidos, garantiza el descanso. Muy aconsejable para quienes no van de turismo de borrachera.
