The staff in Kamp Sutjeska was really nice and helpful. The location of the camp ist great and you can start different hikes really nearby.

It would be nice, if the bathroom would be cleaned a little more often.

The location of the property was at the foot of Sutjeska National Park which is a great base for hiking and exploring if you have your own car. The accomodation was situated beside the highway which made is easily accessible by public transport. Wifi was good.

Do not stay here if you don’t have your own car and wish to hike throughout Sutjeska National Park. We arrived via bus from Sarajevo in hope to be advised on how to hike Maglic without a car, based on the previous positive reviews we read on this property it seemed possible from the ‘friendly staff’. Upon arrival the lady who checked us in barely spoke English which is not her fault what so ever but was a huge disadvantage for us as we only spoke English. We tried to explain we wanted to hike Maglic but didn’t have a car and if she would kindly help us either with transportation or transfer. We stayed a total of 3 nights, asked each day to other staff not just the lady and never received an answer. They didn’t even advise on any hikes to do nearby to the property. There was a power outage for 6 hours during the day on a 30+ degree day. Stray dogs barked all night, every night we stayed there. We only had the choice of an omelette each morning for breakfast and you had to pay extra for coffee/drinks.
