Nice breakfast

Good location, nice breakfasts. Orginal room we booked had a problem with ant infestation - thankfully they had space to reĺocate us to a much better room.

Cleaning could be improved.

I liked the staff, rooms were clean, got kettle when requested. Breakfast was good, got tea whenever ordered. The place is very close to backwaters, has got a lawn. Overall good ambience, good food, we had a good time

May be it's festival time, even the homestay people couldn't arrange an auto so we have to take luggage and walk till main road

We stayed at this property for one night from 3rd to 4th February with a group of friends. While the property itself is peaceful and good purely from a stay perspective, there are several practical challenges that future guests should be aware of. The biggest issue is accessibility. The road leading to the property is extremely narrow, making it very difficult or almost impossible to reach with a big vehicle. The only practical option is to take a boat, which can be inconvenient, especially when traveling with luggage or in a group. Another major drawback is the location. The property is very far from the main market, so there are no nearby options to step out for food. You are completely dependent on the caretaker for all meals. Although the caretaker is a helpful and polite person, there is a significant language barrier, which makes communication and coordinating meal preferences difficult. The food options are also not flexible, as the menu depends entirely on what the caretaker prepares. Unfortunately, we ended up wasting almost three-fourths of our breakfast because it did not match our preferences and there were no alternatives available. Overall, if you are looking only for a quiet and peaceful stay and are comfortable with limited accessibility and food flexibility, the property is good. However, for groups expecting convenience, easy access, and flexible food options, this may not be the ideal choice.
