About this villa rental
El Rancho 12 is a lovely detached single storey, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa in La Manga Club - sleeps 4 (or 5 with sofa bed).
The popular El Rancho community is situated , within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets and many facilities. Set amid well-established gardens, In a fantastic central position on the renowned La Manga Club resort.
When staying at El Rancho 12 you will qualify for discounts on Green Fees, Tennis and Football Clubs for the family. We will assist you with reservations and can also arrange discounted airport transfers from Murcia or Alicante.
The Villa has a rooftop terrace which gets the sun all day from morning to evening offering views over the resort out to the Mar Menor sea. The rear of the villa leads out from the lounge to a large terrace where you can enjoy al fresco dining with a built in barbecue.
The rear terrace is adjacent to one of the 9 El Rancho community pools which has a separate children's paddling pool, parasols, sun beds and showers are also available around the pool. EXTRA CLEANING AND GUIDELINES ARE IN PLACE TO ENSURE THE POOL IS COVID SECURE. The pool is very quite and is only for the use of El Rancho residents. You can step outside the property and straight on to the swimming pool terrace. On the terrace there are 2 electronic sun awnings for your convenience. The front entrance of the villa has a nice patio seating area.
The lounge has a 40inch wall mounted smart TV with a great selection of English TV channels, including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, BT Sports and Netflix.The wooden beams in the lounge vaulted ceiling add character. The Villa benefits from free speedy wi-fi . There is a lovely glass dining table with seating for 6.
The villa is fully air conditioned with a/c units in each bedroom and the lounge area.
It is perfect for family holidays or an adults only trip to enjoy the tremendous facilities of La Manga Club resort which has something for everyone. 3 championship golf courses. A superb par 47 pitch and put course. 24 tennis courts with top class tuition many are floodlit. Also available is a gymnasium, luxury spa, sauna and jacuzzi, bowling green, crazy golf and cycle and quad bike hire. There is also a children's mini-club which operates for children from 6 months to 12 years as well as tennis, golf and football academies.
Other Facilities: Within the club there are a large number of restaurants or bars to choose from and a 5 star Príncipe Felipe hotel offering entertainment till late. The private beach with seafront restaurant is 5 minutes drive from the Villa.
5 minutes from La Manga club is the small Spanish town of Los Belones with a number of excellent restaurants and bars.

Comfortable villa, fantastic outdoor terrace overlooking the community pool, which we had to ourselves most days. Modern bathrooms, with great showers (although would benefit from some where to hang towels in main bathroom). Location is in easy walk of La Manga club shops and restaurants. Would booked again.

Second time of staying.
Detached property (so none of the usual issues of noise nuisance through walls without acoustic insulation) with three lovely outdoor spaces - front, back and a spacious roof terrace so all day sun (and a sea view). Shared swimming pool (with a small number of other properties) a step away. Very well tended communal areas.
Indoors good sized rooms with updated bathrooms. Wi-fi stable but no HDMI slot on TV (so couldn't watch downloaded films/TV from laptop).
For our next visit it would be good to see an update of the kitchen as well!

Great property in a good location for restaurants, bars, supermarket and golf on the La Manga estate but at the same time very quiet.
Externally three areas to enjoy the sun and internally well set up with a good sized living area and master bedroom. Large TV really does have Sky Sports and the wifi really does work!
We stayed over the new year when the temperatures drop considerably in the evening and we did find it cold in the flat before we found the right combination of portable electric radiators and air conditioning to heat the flat to a comfortable level but the two bathrooms were freezing (no heated towel rail).
Aside from that thoroughly recommended - will be back for sure.
