The room was good. The blanket was a littel cold, after asking for another blanket, we get a new one. Much better. The man at the reception was very friendly and helpful. We come again.

Location was good. Hot shower.
Mattress was hardish. Room was okay, but not maintained. One blanket between 2 people, and the room wasn’t very clean

Spacious room with AC and a fan, fridge and very nice balcony. Great value for the price.
Posibility to rent a motorbike at the guesthouse (for 100.000 dongs at the time).
There were indeed little ants in the room, as promised by other reviews, even on the sink in the bathroom.

Price. Cheap. air con is at least cold. What should be working works. Its a budget guest house, what else do you expect?
Pretty old and not well maintained. Staff don't speak english. Location alittle short distance from center.
