Typical Parisian apartment 56 m2 at Père Lachaise - balcony view of all of Paris

The neighbourhood was incredible with a butcher, groceries, fruit market, bakery and metro within 1 block of the apartment.The apartment had an incredible view of the Paris skyline which allowed dinners on the quiet balcony.The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating with travel issues we had.Definitely our go to accommodation when we return to Paris.

Our stay at Maurizio’s apartment was top notch! First class all the way. Maurizio was in contact with us as needed up until the day of our trip and was very responsive.Maurizio happened to be out of town during our stay, so his son, Luca, greeted us and settled us in.We cannot say enough wonderful things about Luca. He gave us the tour of the apartment and detailed for us the amenities. But what really made an impression, was how he took us to the Metro station and got us our week-long Metro cards. It was such a huge help to have someone fluent in French do this for us. By the way, paying for the week-long Metro card paid for itself in 3 rides!!! Luca was also very responsive to us during our stay. We asked him several times the best train routes to take, and he provided us with excellent directions!Luca even came to visit us the day before we left to check in, and we chatted for a while and picked his brain about all the questions that came up about Paris during our time there. He graciously answered everything and was a great sport about it.The neighborhood the apartment was located in was perfect. Plenty of bars, restaurants, pastry shops, two grocery stores and super close to two Metro stations (the 2 and the 3). It was in a non-touristy area which we liked and everything in the area was well priced.We would definitely recommend Maurizio’s apartment, and we would stay there again. Thank you for making our Paris trip, and my sister's 50th b-day one to remember!

The view can’t be beat. This apartment is located away from tourist areas but the neighborhood has a lot of good restaurants and is right by a metro stop so it’s easy to get anywhere you want to go. The building is lovely and very quiet. Check in was easy and Cedric was available to answer any questions during our stay. The paper meant itself is cozy and comfortable. Don’t expect a hotel-like atmosphere as it appears as though it is actually someone’s home. It had everything we needed.
