About this apartment rental
Charming apartment located in a Private Urbanization, 200 m. from Las Marinas Beach and 3.5 km from the Urban Center, Tourist Registration Number VT-441979-A, The 14m2 porch has direct access to the gardens and pool, as well as the closed parking. 50 m away There is the bus stop that goes to the center. People with reduced mobility, not in a wheelchair, will be at ease among us, the main pool is adapted with special access ladder and safety bar. The urbanization has a paddle court, barbecue and closed parking for guests.
The Apartment is ideal for 2/3 people, can be up to 4 and is equipped with air conditioning and Internet (Wifi).
Living room with integrated kitchen, television, blue-ray, mini-stereo, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, blender, coffee maker, kettle, sandwich maker, iron, ironing board, kitchenware and utensils.
Separate bedroom with wardrobe and bed of 150 cm.

The Urbanization El Patio is in a quiet environment, very close to the fabulous beach of Las Marinas and less than 5 minutes walk from the Leisure Center Las Brisas where we find restaurants, bars, cafes, beach shops, bakery, press and pharmacy, as well we can go walking, it is only about 600 meters away, until the beach of Les Bovetes, continuation of the beach of Las Marinas.
At 2 km we can visit the Restaurant of Quique Da Costa, the 3 star Michelin of the Mediterranean.

The apartment was on the ground floor with easy access to the back porch with gardens and pool area. It was tastefully furnished and had all equipment needed. It was clean and had a good heating system which we needed in March. Ample size for a couple and little dog(us). Would be too small for larger group. Had a bit of trouble getting the English channels on the tv as no instructions but the owner helped via the telephone. Although many channels listed in English only the news channels available. Had a very enjoyable few days here. Didn't see anyone as there was a good system set up for getting the keys and when we left just had to leave keys on the table. All very easy.

Tanto el alojamiento, con todas las comodidades que te hacen sentir como en casa, como el trato de la propietaria pendiente en todo momento de que estes a gusto, hacen que la experiencia sea de 10. En definitiva encantados

Wir waren Ende Dezember bis Anfang Januar in Denia, durch das liebevoll gestaltete Apartment haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und konnten uns dort sehr gut erholen. Der wirklich nette Kontakt mit der Vermieterin rundete es ab. Obwohl die Kontaktsprache Spanisch ist und ich leider nur wenige Wörter in dieser Sprache spreche, haben wir uns mit Übersetzung von Google wunderbar verständigt. Dieses Appartement ist also gut zu empfehlen.
