The exterior spaces are a great opportunity to make the most out of the beautiful summer weather of Rhodes. Aelia Luxury Apartment is a wonderful villa with a modern design and comfortable spaces, perfect for up to 4 guests.
The apartment is set on the ground floor and features two fully air-conditioned bedrooms — one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.Also, there is a bathroom with a shower. There’s a comfortable living room with a large flat-screen TV and satellite channels where you can relax during the day. Guests will find a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining area to enjoy their favorite meal. There’s free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Outdoors, the apartment features a private swimming pool with parasols and sunbeds that are ideal for relaxing days in the sun. The apartment also offers a thoughtfully planted garden and an outdoor terrace with a dining area and BBQ facilities that are perfect for an evening gathering under the starry sky.
The property offers complete privacy and a private pool exclusively for your use, so you can fully relax and enjoy your stay. The friendly owners live in a separate apartment on the upper floor and are always available should you need anything. The only shared access is the main gate to the courtyard, which they simply use to enter their own space, always respecting your privacy.

Lovely villa, even better than it looks in the pictures.
We were greeted by the owners with pink Prosecco, a meat and cheese platter and large bowl of fresh fruit, a delightful family.
The villa is about 1km from the centre of Afantou, where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. A five minute drive to the supermarket and beach.

So we arrived late at night to be greeted by the holiday manager Katerian and the owner of the property with a lovely glass of wine and a welcome cheese and meat board then a tour of the property and how things worked.
The property is of high standard ,modern and well equipped as well as water , bread in the fridge and a lovely fresh fruit bowl and local honey. Beds are comfortable air conditioner unit in every room. The pool was great and cleaned by the owner every other day. About 1 mile from the village centre with good bars and restaurants. Also a great BBQ if you want to stay at home.
We would definitely recommend this property and would love to return soon
