VILLA KLELIA in Afandou, Rhodes, is spread over 3 levels with a total area of 138 sq.m. It features 3 comfortable bedrooms with double beds, and access from the second bedroom to a loft equipped with two single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one large and one smaller, both with showers. The villa also includes a fully equipped kitchen with two ovens and a large fridge, perfect for any meal preparation. In the same area, you will find a dining space, a living room, and a wood-burning stove. Every room is equipped with a heating and cooling air-conditioning unit.
The 2 main levels offer direct access to the outdoors, leading either to a very large balcony or to the courtyard of the 700 sq.m. plot. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, along with a smart TV, and complimentary bed linen and towels.
The outdoor area features a gas BBQ, a garden swing, and a large table. The property also provides free parking space. Finally, on the lower level of the plot, there are beautiful fruit and olive trees.

VILLA KLELIA is built on the outskirts of Afandou village, between Rhodes Town and Lindos, in a location offering easy access to all the sights and the best beaches of the island (the famous Afandou beach, Tsambika, Faliraki, Traounou, Stegna, and Anthony Quinn). It is situated in the middle of the East coast, very close to Kolymbia, Seven Springs, the Valley of the Butterflies, and the traditional inland villages of Rhodes.

The villa is serviced by public transport, with buses available both in the center of Afandou village (about a 10-minute walk) and along the main Rhodes-Lindos road (about a 14-minute walk).

It is 1 km away from Afandou beach (a 3-minute drive or a 25-minute walk). Nearby, there are 2 large supermarkets (Panagiotas, Kritikos) approximately 550 meters (an 8-minute walk) from the Villa, as well as several tavernas, shops, cafes, and pastry shops. In the village of Afandou, you will also find private doctors and pharmacies.
