About this villa rental
4 bedroom villa for 8 adults and 2 children 500mts from the beach with sea view, Internet, large outdoor area consists of a private tennis court, jogging track, swimming pool and gardens.
This is a fantastic holiday home, located next to the beautiful beach Vale Centianes (is less than 500mts away). The center of Carvoeiro is just 2kms.
The House Carvoeiro was renewed in 2014 and 2015, and offers the best conditions for family holidays and for large groups.
This beautiful holiday villa has 4 bedrooms and bathrooms (3 are en suite), all situated on the ground floor. One of the double rooms has capacity for 2 adults and 2 children, since it has 2 extra beds.
All windows have mosquito nets and electric shutters.
The living room - dining is bright, overlooking the garden and pool. Your kitchen is fully equipped and has a practical direct connection to the outer zone.
There is a terrace on the first floor with a fantastic ocean view.
The pool of generous dimensions have prohibited access (minimum depth 1. 10m, maximum 2. 10m), making it ideal for families with small children.
The barbecue in the area has dish washer and bench support, as well as table and chairs.
The terraces around them are furnished with sun loungers, chairs, table and sun hat. There is still a basketball net for the more active, as well as a jogging track in the garden around the tennis court.
A few meters from the house you can find the services you need: supermarket, cafes and restaurants. The center of the typical village of Carvoeiro is a 2-minute drive away.
Prices from October to March include central heating. In the remaining months it is not included - a supplement of 300 € / week applies if you want this service.

An amazing villa that has all most people would wish for ! BBQ area was excellent, pool large and deep, big areas for sunbathing or chilling but also plenty of shade to escape full sun all day. Great location near Helders Bar, mini supermarket close by. Only addition I would have liked was a table tennis table but that's a minor quibble !
Fantastic place and owner / agent also great - recommended.

House have pretty much all that we needed. Location wise is very good too. The swimming pool is bigger that we had expected and deep for a house pool, easy to play water polo in it. The tennis court was smaller but not a problem for us. The basketball net was a bonus we didn’t know about. Location close to lots of stuff and eateries.
