Lage und Einrichtung der FeWo haben uns gut gefallen. Raumgestaltung und Sauberkeit prima. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Terrasse mit Ausblick aufs Wasser. Umgebung im Wohnviertel schön mit Rasen und Sträuchern. Gaststätten in der Nähe. Wir kommen gern wieder.
Gardinen an den Fenstern oder Tagessichtschutz wäre gut. Fahrräder überdacht und geschützt abstellen wäre gut.

Die Lage ist sehr schön👍
Die Ausstattung ist nicht mehr Zeitgemäß und müsste mal erneuert werden wie zum Beispiel der verrostete Heizkörper im Bad.Oder die Küchenstühle nicht mal vier gleiche. Und dann haben wir den voll zerfledderten Strandkorb.In allen zusammen ist der Preis dafür zu hoch.
