Very helpful staff, really looked out for us. Sweet touch that muña and coca tea available in reception. Quiet, clean, comfy beds, great shower pressure. Very central.
Rooms dont look as advertised in the pictures on booking.com, but fine as a place to lay your head between day trips. Rooms cold at night (as is to be expected in Cusco), a room heater would be a nice touch

The location was good: the train station, downtown, and restaurants were close. We were able to pay by international card. The staff was absolutely lovely, and the room was really comfy. It was amazing for the price. There is also free local tea at reception.
It only has stairs (it wasn't a problem for me, but good to know).
