The kindness of the staff

Lovely big room and great location, the air con was much appreciated as were the excellent instructions from the hosts!

A few more things would have been appreciated like shampoo and a hair dryer

The pool was a beautiful touch and so much appreciated on such a hot day. Property owners were very responsive which I really liked and the room is equipped with wifi, a tv, air conditioning (you need to turn on yourself when you need it) that works very well. A little magnetic board for checkers and chess was also there and was a nice surprise, we enjoyed a few games of chess before dinner that evening. The coffee machine was available with coffee pods but I think it needed to be cleaned (the water kept running dirty so we didn’t end up using it). The property is near the creek which was a nice evening walk after dinner and the backyard of the property inclines up so when you’re swimming at the pool or taking your “Instagram worthy” picture on the swing at the top of the backyard you get an amazing view of the city

Property is a little hidden but the signage out front makes it very easy to spot. It’s on cobblestone streets so wear comfortable shoes. The house is also located on a bit of a hill which makes it a little difficult rolling luggage but it’s doable. We are a family with teenage and we were travelling with small luggage, we had no issues. The house also has a lot of stairs especially if you stay in the Villa Alto room so not ideal for small children and toddlers or people with mobility limitations. There really isn’t anything that I disliked about the house but I think my family and I were the right fit for the room and area.

Private bathroom was separate from the room. Bit uncomfortable to use it.
