Breakfast is typically Italian. Simple, but enough to start the day.

Fascinating combination of old and modern. Antique furnishing and high-tech service. Very comfortable room and bathroom. Excellent communication with the host. Location perfect for exploring Naples and experiencing the spirit of the city. Within easy reach of public transport.

The room was nice, spacious, clean, high ceiling, large windows with double glass, also elevator or palace stairs. The service was hightech with application for room breakfast booking, the location in famouse Spanish district with plenty of taverna, café, shops, close distance to harbour Molo where you get on Alibus to the airport in about 30mins, 5 eur per person.

As we stay 3 night, the menu for breakfast was the same, I would expect something else than only sweet food. We got café, juice, yougurt,croissant, breakfast, better, Milk, we prefered some cheese or ham, hard boild eggs for change. During our stay was noise ( both mopeds, cars, group, hooligans) on the street even at 4am, so didnt have change to sleep during holiday as we wanted to see city attactions and museums, castles, local market, never mind. We will come back again.

I loved the authenticity of the place. It was something different to live in historic building with that amazing ceiling and wardrobe. There was a very good contact with the owners via whatsapp. The object was centrally located. I think they were helpful and one of them also very tactful and professional.

The breakfast was not very varied and didn't contain fresh products (except bread). The apartament was very moldy. I know that it's an old building but the mold stains on the walls activated my mold allerfy and kinda disgust me. The apartament was generally clean but there were some deficiencies in the bathroom. There was also a problem with plumbing and there was a bad smell of it and mustiness in the room. The apartament is extremely acoustic so u that u can not feel comfortable because your neighbours can hear each word. The cleaning (including adding new toillet paper and taking out the trash) was only each 3rd day.
