The staff were great!
The room is fitted out well (iron and ironing board, luggage rack, lots of towels (since they only service the rooms every other day).
Breakfast was good and well stocked.
The bathroom should have been cleaner.
The ice machine on our floor was broken.

Lobby area clean, gym has good equipment
If your pool is not open, you need to say that on your advertising. I specifically picked this hotel bc it had a pool and it was shut down the whole time we were there. Floor in room had hair all over and obviously wasn’t vacuumed. Called front desk multiple times and no answer. Why is the front desk staff sitting it the back room?
