Very spacious & comfortable rooms. The service was excellent - especially the flexibility and warm support when my husband fell ill.
The can-do mentality and understanding was really exceptional.

Great location 5 min from west gate to park - lovely fields to walk in next door and beautiful scenery to admire from balcony. Staff super friendly. Lovely pool. Laundromat was very handy. Evening dinners at restaurant were excellent - fresh local food and interesting dishes.
Breakfast probably weakest link but perfectly acceptable.

Very nice and expansive
Limited food options, language barrier is a big challenge

Outstanding property and location with rooms that are closer to 5-star standard. Staff were amazing, highly interactive (even before we arrived). Provided excellent travel and day trip advice and booked all our tickets in advance at cost. Resort is very classy and beautifully designed around villas in a beautiful setting. Pool was beautiful. Can’t recommend it enough.
Would like a few more western-style Chinese dishes for the menu as the cooking here is excellent and very good value for money.
