Not my cup of tea

The bathroom was full of mould and the bed sheet was torn and they not even provided additional towels and bed sheets (we stayed 4 nights). In the jacuzzi was hair and dirt and we’ve had to buy cif to clean it. The WiFi wasn’t working at all.

Excellent room in a quiet area of Belgrade

This lovely apartment was a short bus ride from the town centre and was not that far by foot either. The room was clean and very comfortable. The lighting was well thought out to create a nice atmosphere and the addition of a hydro massage tub was great. The staff were very understanding.

I wholeheartedly recommend even though there are some imperfections

The apartment has amazing value for the money, in fact the most value i’ve ever gotten out of my money. I really loved the bathtub/jacuzzi. It made the whole apartment more luxurious. The bed was comfortable and big enough for two people, the AC was working even better than expected. The staff was always available for contact.

The only thing I didn’t like is that it could’ve been at least a little cleaner. The main spots like the bed and bathroom were clean, however you could sometimes notice places where it was lacking. Also a little bit more toilet paper would be nice. The bathroom was really small and the glass door gives zero privacy when you need to go to the toilet. The bathroom is also very small. There is no parking, however the zone in front of the apartment is free, but limited in spaces. Also the Wifi wasn’t usable at all, with speeds of up to 1mb/s. Your mobile phone internet doesn’t work because we were underground basically. Eve though I stated negatives, if you could look past through them, the this places is for you. If you want value for money, jacuzzi and can look past some of these things, don’t even look at other places, pick this one.

Basics amenities were missing

It was clean and spacious place to accommodate addional people too of required.

Although the place was good, clean but some of the basics were missing. Toilet rolls on each room were hardly enough for our 4 days stay. On request to the owner, they gave us the rolls on the last day which again wasn't of any use after. Shower gel was not there as per the amenities mentioned so again we had to rush to stores to get the basics. This effects the overall experience of my stay at the property. It's bit far from town center too to be honest.

The area was nice, the check-in was fast and easy and the bed was comfortable.

Good value for money

It was nicely designed and felt spacious for the two of us. It has a good location with pleasant surroundings (e.g. a supermarket and some restaurants).

Poor architecture: jacuzzi was leaking and there was mold on two walls and a corner. Adding to that the apartment smelled like smoke.

-Nice to have jakuzi -Has a modern design -Out of the apartments are secure and decent

-The staff is uninterested, although we said that the blinds on the ground floor were not working and the curtains were not fully closed, nobody was interested. We tried to find a solution ourselves. -Room cleaning is problematic, there were small black insects on the wooden floors. -Basic needs were sloppy. Just one glass, no hand towel, no trash can in the toilet - The jacuzzi was not clean, dirt was coming out when it was turned on. - The location is far away from the city center

Pleasant

When the jakuzzi was filled it smells like sewer. once you use the shower it smells musty. Poor ventilation. The aircondition wasn't working in January. Also there was no hairdryer. I was trying to reach the owners a couple of times they were not answering.
