Great location just off Lawson St. Walking distance from town. The apartment was a generous size with good facilities

Some maintenance issues like the garage door not shutting and other minor maintenance issues.

Great location near Clarkes Beach, lighthouse track, walking distance from town. Large sized rooms, two bathrooms and washing machine was great.

Being on the corner of Tallows Beach Road and Lighthouse Road, there is a lot of traffic noise at times. But overnight it was ok. The balcony is very narrow and we didn't sit out there much due to the traffic noise. It's an older apartment, particularly the kitchen is pretty basic. But fine for a beachy stay.

Great location with everything that you needed and very comfortable. Bonus having a private parking spot. The kitchen was well equipped. I would recommend this unit. It would have been good to have access to beach towels.

Unit smelt musty, the hall floor boards are very creaky, the bedroom blinds allowed the morning light in making it hard to have a sleep in.

Proximity to Tallow Beach, Clark's Beach and Byron town is excellent. Everything within walking distance. Good coffee to be had at the Byron Beach Cafe. Linen, towels and bedroom all good. Bathroom has been recently renovated - great. Living room is comfortable. Air-conditioning, tick.

Passage floors were dirty and needed a good scrubbing. Patio was small and floor was also dirty. Kitchen was old and tired, for example, drawers were sticky. Although there was air con, it was only in the living room, and the master bedroom was a long way away down the end of the passage. Noise was an issue. The bedroom is unfortunately close to the main entrance of the apartments and every time someone enters or exits the main door slams. There are also a number of surfers hurtling down what would otherwise be a lovely quiet road early in the morning. We were booked for 9 days and on the 7th day I phoned to ask about clean towels and was told that usually these were only provided after 11 days! Really? Clean towels were, however, delivered at my request. Overall, considering the price we were paying, we were disappointed.
