About this apartment rental
**HUGE WINTER DISCOUNTS** A classic, generously proportioned luxury 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment with underground security parking. The apartment has been appointed & styled for its owner to enjoy and hopefully you will too.
Sitting in the middle of Australia’s two best beaches – Clarkes/The Pass and Tallows. Similarly tantalising, it is equidistant from the Lighthouse/Wategoes Beach and Town.
A complimentary ‘Welcome Gift’ is provided for all our Guests upon arrival. If there’s anything else you may need during your stay, please contact the Manager to make arrangements prior to your arrival.
The apartment is located on the third level with internal stairs only so please contact the Manager prior to booking if you’re unsure about access for you & your guests.
PARKING
Underground security parking for 1 car (no storage facility)
**NB MAXIMUM HEIGHT 1.9m AT ENTRY. If in doubt please don’t enter as any damages will be guest’s responsibility.
E-BIKES & SCOOTERS
The charging of any Lithium batteries used for powering e-Bikes and
e-Scooters on the premises, including the garage and inside the apartments is strictly prohibited.
Storage of e-bikes and e-scooters on the premises, including the garage and inside the apartments is also strictly prohibited.
It is our priority to ensure your stay is comfortable & enjoyable so your Host will be available to answer any questions you may have.

We always stay in this apartment when we visit Byron and will return again next year. Very clean, well appointed and spacious.

Can 100% recommend this property. Our family stayed for a week over Easter and loved the convenience of being able to easily walk into town and the beach. The penthouse apartment was spotlessly clean and so well appointed. It had everything we needed to stay for the week. Check in was early with excellent instructions. Look forward to returning sometime soon. Thank you Bridgette and your team for looking after us so well.
