    We stayed here for 3 nights right after landing in Bangkok and taking a bus to Pattaya. The property itself is beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained. From the grand reception area to the overall architecture, it definitely gives a premium resort vibe. We were given a room on the 6th floor with a pool view, which was lovely. The room was neat, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The mattress was soft and comfortable, AC worked well, and the large window added to the experience. The washroom was clean and spacious (no bathtub, but that was fine). There was a dual-access wardrobe, locker facility, and a big carpet so you can comfortably walk without slippers — nice touch. The resort has two large swimming pools, both clean and enjoyable. We used them multiple times and really liked the ambience. Now coming to service — this is where our experience felt slightly off. The resort was almost 99% occupied by Chinese guests (possibly due to Chinese New Year). We felt the staff was noticeably warmer and more interactive with Chinese guests. While they were polite to us, they seemed a bit cold and uninterested during conversations in English. Check-in instructions were minimal — only breakfast timings and WiFi were explained. They also asked us for a 1000 baht deposit which I feel they did just based on our nationality, although they returned it once we checked out. Also, at arrival and departure, we had to manage our luggage ourselves while we noticed bellboys actively assisting other guests. It may not have been intentional, but it did feel slightly uncomfortable. Another thing to note: the location is slightly away from the main areas, so you’ll need to book a cab every time you step out. That adds to the cost. Breakfast was one of the highlights. Huge variety — multiple egg options, fresh omelettes, salad section, breads, chicken, pork, soups, noodles, and toppings. Diffrerent types of Juices, dedicated coffee machines, and a wide variety of sausages and other items. The spread is very extensive, though mostly catered towards Chinese preferences. Indian travelers should note there were no Indian dishes available, but thankfully no beef items either, which worked for us. Overall, the property is genuinely beautiful and the stay was comfortable. However, considering the price and the service experience, I would rate it 3/5. If you’re okay with a Chinese-majority crowd and a breakfast menu tailored more towards that palate, you’ll enjoy the infrastructure and facilities here. I wish they focused on all nationalities but I understand. 👍🏻
