Velká spokojenost! Apartmán byl obrovský, čistě uklizený a dobře vybavený (až na mikrovlnku). Venku byla ještě pergola a přidanou hodnotou samozřejmě bazén, který měl 26-27 stupňů. Z hlediska umístění se jedná o dobrou lokalitu. Na kolech se v pohodě dojede do Znojma, popř. jinam. Do termálů v Laa v Rakousku je to 20 minut autem.
V největším pokoji (směrem k zámku) "něco" slabě ale pořád bez přestání hučelo (klimatizace nebo větrák, asi od sousedů). Tím, že nás bylo méně, tak tam nemusel nikdo spát a neotravovalo to.

Sehr großzügige Wohnung (3 erwachsene Kinder dabei, für alle war ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeit gegeben), prima ausgestattet, auch ohne Klimaanlage kühl bei 38Grad Sommerhitze draußen. Sehr nette private, der FeWo zugeordnete Terrasse mit großem Tisch, überdacht. Pool zur Mitnutzung (auch andere FeWos hatten Zugang) sauber und sehr angenehm. Vermieter betreiben auch eine kleine Sommerbar in einem der angrenzenden Innenhöfe, wo man sich abends Cocktails holen kann. Check-In und Out gut organisiert, auf Englisch problemlos.
Die Innendeko (zT ägyptisches Flair) war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.
