Tucked away on a quiet oceanside street--yet close to Wellfleet Center--this comfortable, dog-friendly home will make for a nice Cape Cod get-away.

The main level has a living room with futon sofa and flat screen television, an eat-in kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is also a bedroom on this floor with a day bed with trundle (two twins) and flat screen television. A door leads from the living room to the deck with outdoor dining table.
The second floor has two bright bedrooms--each with a queen bed. There is also a bathroom with a tub on this floor.
The living room and all three bedrooms have a ductless split unit air conditioner. A ramp to the front door makes the first floor of this home handicapped accessible. The unfinished basement with a walk-out door has a foosball table, board games and washer/dryer. The enclosed outdoor shower is outside the basement door.
One mile to Great Pond--one of Wellfleet's beloved freshwater ponds, two miles to Cahoon Hollow Beach on Wellfleet's oceanside. Just under a mile to Wellfleet's Main Street for restaurants, galleries, shops and the weekly Wellfleet Farmers Market. Only 1.4 miles to the Wellfleet Town Pier, 1.5 miles to Mayo Beach on Wellfleet Harbor. Walk or ride your bike to PJ's for delicious seafood and ice cream. Short drive to all the best of Wellfleet including live entertainment, beaches, ponds, biking and walking on the Cape Cod Rail Trail and Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

The place was clean and private. Wonderful kids space in the Basement with so much fun for them. Wonderfully close to beaches and food while not being bombarded with tourist traps.

We liked the deck and view of trees. The house had an impersonal feel, with no wall decor on rooms on 2nd floor. The main issue was the noise - not only Rt 6 traffic noise, but the proximity to PJ's meant being woken at 4:30 or 5:30 AM when trucks made deliveries or dumpsters were emptied - very noisy!
