Fonte Pecciano 1856 is located on a hill above 300m. s. L.M. In the land of the Three Lakes, only 5 Km far from Lake Trasimeno and Castiglione del Lago and next to the natural reserve of Lake Chiusi and Montepulciano. Close to Tuscan medieval villages known all over the world for their beauty like Cortona, Montepulciano and Pienza is the ideal starting point for daily excursions to Florence or Siena. Not to mention the beautiful Umbrian cities like Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Orvieto.

The half-century farmhouse in a land border between Tuscany and Umbria was renovated in 1992 and improved in 2012 and later by new owners in 2015.

Work done with love for the local traditions and keeping intact the style of the building allows us to appreciate the various craftsmanship of Sienese and Umbrian architecture that clearly characterize the construction phases of the entire structure over time. The farmhouse is divided into three apartments, all with triple exposure with independent entrances and parking near the entrance. The well-kept garden, the secluded corners, the terraces invite you to enjoy the surrounding landscape, perhaps after a day spent in nearby villages or practicing one of the many sports the territory can offer.
