About this villa rental

Modern 4 bedroom waterfront property with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Gien peninsula. Direct access to the sea. 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite) and 1 additional toilet. Well-equipped open space kitchen with indoor dining area. Parking space for 2 cars.
Entire house for up to 8 guests (4 double bedrooms), absolute waterfront. Enjoy unforgettable sunsets from the large terrace. Naturally shaded outdoor dining area and 2000 sqm garden.
Appreciate the exceptionally calm environment whilst being close to shopping and water sports facilities as well as public transport and Toulon airport.

We loved our stay in this house. The house was of outstanding, including seesight when lying in bed, large windows to enjoy the beautiful mediterenean light, and high quality materials of the house itself and its interior. We were warmly wellcomed and shown around upon arrival. The garden was amazing with a large variety of trees and greens, lots of birds singing and the sound of the sea. We are very grateful to the owners that they shared their house and its magical garden with us.

Wunderbare Parzelle direkt am Meer. Das Haus ist wie in einem Wald, dazu ein kleiner Steinstrand direkt unter dem Grundstück der zum Rumklettern und Entdecken einlädt (durch zwei abschliessbare Tore vom Garten getrennt). Für's Schwimmen und Windsurfen haben wir aber die grossen Sandstrände von Almannarre und La Bergerie/La Capte bevorzugt. Für Kinder perfekt ausgerüstet (Garten, Bücher, Spiele, DVD). Küche bestens, nur an die Kaffeemaschine mussten wir uns gewöhnen (eine Art Filterkaffee Automat)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette jolie villa ombragée de Carqueiranne. La maison est idéalement située au milieu d'un parc arboré de pins qui donne directement sur la mer. les couleurs méditerranéennes y sont chatoyantes. Les propriétaires, qui habitent à proximité, sont extrêmement serviables et disponibles pour répondre à toutes les questions ou à tous les besoins, sans pour autant être envahissants ou intrusifs. La petite crique sur laquelle débouche le jardin est un lieu idéal de baignade.

Nous avons passé une super week-end en famille, intergénérationnel. La maison est bien équipée, donnant sur un grand terrain et avec accès à la mer via une plage privatisée. La propriétaire est accueillante et arrangeante. On valide à 100% ! Merci.

Nous avons eu un séjour merveilleux dans cette belle maison dans son jardin de rêve. Le calme, le confort, la vue …. Tout était parfait. De surcroît la maison est très bien équipée, et nous avons apprécié le feu de cheminée.
