About this house rental

Our house in the small Giralda II development is a modern well equipped property which has been up-graded at the start of the 2016 season. Linen, towels, meet + greet and end of stay cleaning is included.

Located in a quiet residential area it is only a five minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach at Les Marines where you can find several restaurants and bars.

The property downstairs is light and airy with modern furniture and direct access to the terrace which overlooks the mature well kept gardens and pool. There is separate lounge with a new large corner sofa, satellite TV, Blu-ray DVD and WiFi, a dining area for six and a new well equipped kitchen / appliances. There is also a downstairs bathroom. A separate upgraded utility room stores 2 adult cycles and a new washer/dryer.
Upstairs there are three double bedrooms each with AC and fans (2 x 2singles and 1 double) and the other family bathroom. The main bedroom has a balcony with a table and two chairs.
Outside there is a seating area with a table and chairs for six, four sun loungers and a gas BBQ.There is an awning to keep off the midday sun should it be required.
The refreshing pool has a small children's section and is idea for cooling off.
The house has plenty of outside secure parking.

Denia's port and town is just 3 km away, a good walk/cycle or can be reached by the regular local bus.
There is always plenty to do and see in Denia for all ages and it is well worth exploring.

We were really impressed with this beautiful house and the lovely gardens. It was really peaceful and well maintained and we often had the pool to ourselves. Perfect temperature pool water too. The house is very tastefully furnished with comfortable beds and some lovely artwork and most things you need on holiday. A very easy walk to San Guiseppe restaurant which we ate at a couple of times and also got a takeaway. We also tried all three restaurants down at the beach - so easy to get to. Our only disappointment was not having sunbed cushions. The white plastic sunbeds are so uncomfortable without cushions and as our favourite thing to on holiday is read books on a sunlounger, this spoilt it a bit. I ended up putting my towel on the grass as it was less uncomfortable. Overall a great place though. Thank you.

A perfect house for a family (two adults, two teenagers and one child). Location is good, close to restaurants and to the beach. Nice pool and area by the house.

The property, pool and gardens are in line with the listing description and were clean, well maintained and in an excellent location with plenty of space for us 4 adults. Whilst in a quiet location, it provides for easy access to miles of sandy beaches, restaurants and bars, countryside villages and towns, and the motorway for Alicante and Valencia.Would recommend walking In Montgo, a hike to Cova Tallada and snorkelling at Les Rotes.I would certainly be happy to stay here again.Many Thanks.
