L'Iseran - apartment for 6 people

The luxury apartment, comprises in itself:
→ Super-equipped kitchen and dining room (oven, microwave, Raclette service, etc.)
→ Table with extensions
→ Living room with tv + 2 sofas reversible into beds
→ Bedroom 1 with double bed
• Large cabinet integrated into the wall
• Large storage drawers under the bed
• Access to the balcony
• First "private" shower room comprising: a shower, a toilet and a sink.
→ Bedroom 2 with double bed
• Large storage cabinet integrated into the wall
• Large storage drawers under the bed.
→ Bedroom 3 with two bunk beds + with a third pull-out bed that can be pulled out from under the bed.
→ Shared bathroom (Bath / shower, sink, wc and storage)

→ Private covered parking space under the residence
• The entrance is quite high and easily allows vehicles to pass with a trunk on the
roof

Finally, access to the ski room in the Residence, where you leave your ski equipment. You exit the building, put on your skis and reach the ski resort. When you return from skiing, the slopes lead you to the door of the ski room. You take off your shoes, enter and store your skis. Elevator and return to the apartment. We could not be more practical.

ACCESS:

You have access to the apartment in its entirety, the private parking space for your vehicle, the heated swimming pool and the ski room.
Access possible by car, train from Bourg-St-Maurice station (with funicular then free shuttle). Free shuttle in front of the building passes over the entire Les Arcs area.
Center of the resort accessible by road, free shuttle, ski or Dahu, reserved for pedestrians, located 200 meters from the Residence.

The STATION :

You are in the Alpages du Chantel, in the greatest calm. Shops (bakery, grocery store, equipment sales and ski rental ...) and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, within walking distance. Direct and easy access to the Center of the Resort by two means: the Dahu (free cable car; see photo) accessible on foot and the free shuttle - departure / arrival in front of the Residence). In winter, you can obviously ski (I'm not telling you anything) but summer offers plenty of activities such as: golf, rafting, downhill mountain biking, paragliding, hiking, walks to discover mountain wildlife, archery and plenty of activities!

TRANSPORT:

You access the apartment / station by car or from the Bourg-St-Maurice train station. From there, take the bus or take the funicular located next to the station, which leads you to Arcs 1600. From there, 2 shuttles to the apartment:
1st shuttle departure: Funicular and exit at the stop: Arc 1800, le charvet
2 nd shuttle: Departure from Arc 1800 le Charvet and the stop: alpage du chantel

Nous avons séjourné une semaine en mars dans cet appartement très confortable. Nous étions 7 adultes et 1 enfant de 19 mois sans avoir l'impression d'être les uns sur les autres. La cuisine est très bien équipée (plaques, four, cafetière, lave-vaisselle...) et les ustensiles et la vaisselle sont en nombre suffisant pour un groupe de 8. La résidence est idéalement située pour départ et retour skis aux pieds. Piscine agréable et non surchargée. Restaurants et supérette avec pain à pieds, accès centre station très facilité par le Dahu (navette gratuite jusqu'à 23h départ toutes les 4 ou 5 min) Le seul inconvénient : il n'y a pas de WiFi. Roland a été fort sympathique, je recommande cette location

Bel appartement, bien agencé, dans un charmant immeuble. Probablement bien placé en fevrier, mais en avril il est loin des pistes et le système de navette n'est pas tres pratique.

Appartement bien situé, au calme en bordure de station. Idéal pour les skieurs : départ et retour skis aux pieds, bien situé pour les non-skieurs : accès au cœur de la station par un petit téléphérique très rapide qui fonctionne jusqu'à 23h. Petite épicerie dépôt de pain, location de ski et bar restaurant à une centaine de mètre de l'immeuble. L'appartement est grand et confortable. Les plus : la piscine chauffée et la gentillesse des propriétaires. Nous recommandons fortement!

l'appartement est bien, mais très loin de tout commerce (juste une petite épicerie à 200m et un restaurant). Contrairement à ce qu'indique l'annonce, il n'y a que deux sdb et les prestations de draps, serviettes, ménage sont à prévoir en plus (ajouter la livraison 35€...).
