About this apartment rental
The apartment, which measures 78.5 m² and faces west, can accommodate up to 8 people. It offers a panoramic view of the mountains and Mont Blanc: unforgettable sunsets guaranteed!
The lower level includes:
- A fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, ceramic stovetop, Nespresso coffee maker, raclette machine, toaster)
- A dining room set for 8 people
- A living room with a view and a flat-screen TV (2 extra sleeping spots – sofa bed)
- A furnished west-facing terrace
- A master suite with a double bed, closet, and shower room
- A half-bath
Upstairs, the apartment features:
- Two separate bedrooms with closets (sleeps 4—twin beds)
- A bathroom (bathtub + toilet)
- A mezzanine converted into a relaxation area with a game console
Bathrobes and towels are provided, as well as welcome kits (for the kitchen and bathroom). A high chair and a crib are available.
The apartment is located in the Roselend residence in Arcs 1800, a 5-minute walk from all activities (100 meters from the ESF and 200 meters from the resort center). The residence is ideally located with direct access to the slopes, allowing you to ski right to and from the apartment. Close to the golf course, tennis courts, and a tree-top adventure park for summer vacations.
Pick up your warm boots from the heated ski locker and head out from the residence to the slopes of the Paradiski ski area (one of the most beautiful ski areas in Europe!).
When you return (still on your skis), enjoy the residence’s heated indoor pool, sauna, and steam rooms to unwind before ending the day by admiring a magnificent sunset over the mountains.
